For the safety of everyone, we will always keep doors locked while working and we will not under any circumstances open the door for family members, deliveries, etc unless previously arranged. Some of our clients provide us with a key, a door or garage code, and some prefer to hide a key for our arrival. The keys and access codes for your homes and business will never have your name or address on them.

If we break or damage something in your home, we’ll do our very best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. However, we limit our liability to the value of the cleaning visit for ANY claims you might have.

A: We are pet friendly with a love for animals of all shapes and sizes! Friendly, well behaved pets may roam free while we are working. No need to crate, isolate or contain a pet unless they are agressive, in which case we would prefer this for everyones safety. Unruly children will be given a duster and forced to clean! (Joke)

We carry name brand products such as Lysol, Barkeepers, Dawn, Murphy's Oil, Windex, toilet bowl cleaner, Weimans, etc. If you have an allergy/scent sensitivity to any of the above mentioned products please let us know so we can customize your clean.
